📱 Installare weKup come app

Per la migliore esperienza, installa weKup come app sul tuo dispositivo. In questo modo:

• ✅ Si apre a schermo intero senza barra del browser
• ✅ Funziona anche offline con le ultime schede salvate
• ✅ La sessione Google rimane attiva più a lungo
• ✅ Le notifiche push funzionano anche con l'app chiusa

Come installare:

• iPhone/iPad — Apri Safari → tocca l'icona Condividi (□↑) → scorri e tocca "Aggiungi alla schermata Home" → tocca "Aggiungi"
• Mac (Safari) — Menu File → "Aggiungi alla Dock"
• Mac (Chrome) — Clicca l'icona ⊕ nella barra degli indirizzi → "Installa"
• Android (Chrome o Samsung Internet) — Menu ⋮ → "Aggiungi alla schermata Home"

⚠️ Firefox non supporta l'installazione come app. Su tutti gli altri browser principali funziona.

Se apri weKup dal browser senza installarla, potresti dover fare il login più frequentemente su iPhone.

📋 Cos'è weKup

weKup è il tuo scadenziario personale. Tieni traccia di tutte le tue scadenze — assicurazioni, documenti, abbonamenti, visite mediche — sempre sincronizzato su tutti i tuoi dispositivi tramite Google Drive.

➕ Aggiungere una scadenza

Tocca il pulsante + in basso a destra. Compila:

• Titolo — il nome della scadenza (obbligatorio)
• Data scadenza — quando scade (obbligatorio)
• Categoria — Auto, Salute, Casa, ecc.
• Priorità — Alta, Media, Bassa
• Note — informazioni aggiuntive

🔄 Finestra di rinnovo

Attiva questa opzione se la scadenza è rinnovabile. Puoi impostare:

• Giorni prima — quanti giorni prima puoi rinnovare
• Mese intero — puoi rinnovare in tutto il mese di scadenza
• Preavviso — quanti giorni prima ricevere il promemoria
• Istruzioni — dove andare, documenti necessari

🔁 Ricorrenza

Attiva il toggle Ricorrenza per le scadenze che si ripetono nel tempo. Puoi scegliere tra: ogni settimana, ogni mese, ogni 3 mesi, ogni 6 mesi, ogni anno, o un numero personalizzato di giorni. La data viene calcolata in modo intelligente gestendo anche gli anni bisestili.

🎨 Colori e stati

• ⚠️ Scadute — già scadute, richiedono attenzione
• ⚪ Non Ancora Scadute — oltre 30 giorni
• 🔴 Scade Oggi — attenzione immediata
• 🟡 Scade Entro 7 Giorni — scade presto
• 🔵 Scade Entro 30 Giorni — tienila d'occhio
• 🟣 Rinnovabile Ora — finestra di rinnovo aperta
• 🔔 Rinnovo Imminente — il rinnovo si aprirà presto
• ✅ Completate — gestite

🟢🔴 Indicatore connessione

Il piccolo pallino accanto alla data in alto indica lo stato della connessione:

• 🟢 Verde — sei online, i dati si sincronizzano con Drive
• 🔴 Rosso — sei offline, puoi comunque vedere e modificare le schede. Le modifiche verranno sincronizzate quando torni online

🔍 Filtri e ricerca

Usa i tre pulsanti in alto per filtrare le schede per Stato, Categoria o cambiare l'Ordine. La barra di ricerca trova schede in qualsiasi parte del titolo, note o categoria.

☑️ Selezione multipla

Tocca il piccolo quadratino in alto a destra su una scheda per selezionarla. Puoi selezionarne più di una e usare i pulsanti nella barra in basso per:

• 🗑️ Elimina — elimina tutte le schede selezionate
• 📤 Inoltra — condividi le schede selezionate

📅 Calendario — azioni sulle schede

Tocca una scheda nel calendario per aprire il menu azioni. Da lì puoi:

• ✏️ Modifica — apre il form di modifica della scheda
• ☑️ Seleziona (multipla) — entra in modalità selezione per agire su più schede contemporaneamente
• 📤 Inoltra — condividi la scheda
• 🗑️ Elimina — elimina la scheda (con conferma)

In modalità selezione, tocca altre schede per aggiungerle alla selezione. La barra in alto mostra il conteggio e i pulsanti Elimina e Inoltra.

↩ Annulla

Il pulsante ↩ in alto annulla l'ultima modifica. Supporta fino a 20 livelli di annullamento.

💾 Salvataggio

I tuoi dati vengono salvati automaticamente su Google Drive ad ogni modifica. Puoi anche usare il pulsante ⚙️ → 💾 per:

• 💾 Salva su Drive — salva il backup sul tuo Google Drive
• 💾 Scarica sul dispositivo — scarica un file JSON di backup
• 📂 Carica da Drive — seleziona un backup da Google Drive
• 📅 Importa da Google Calendar — importa eventi futuri direttamente da Google Calendar, scegliendo quali aggiungere come schede
• 📅 Importa da Calendario (.ics) — importa eventi da un file .ics esportato da qualsiasi calendario
• 🗄️↗ Inoltra archivio — condividi l'intero archivio via AirDrop, Mail, ecc. Chiede conferma prima di procedere.
• 🧹 Pulisci Calendar — cerca su Google Calendar tutti gli eventi creati da weKup che non hanno più una scheda corrispondente e li elimina (utile se hai cancellato schede e gli eventi sono rimasti orfani su Calendar).

🔄 Sincronizzazione

weKup sincronizza i dati con Google Drive automaticamente. Il sync avviene:

• All'apertura dell'app
• Quando l'app torna in primo piano
• Prima di ogni modifica (+ Nuova, ✏️ Modifica, 🗑️ Elimina)
• Trascinando verso il basso la lista (pull-to-refresh)
• Dopo ogni salvataggio

Consigliamo di installare anche Google Calendar per ricevere notifiche delle scadenze anche quando l'app è chiusa.

📅 Importa da Google Calendar

Premi ⚙️ → 📅 per aprire il pannello di importazione. weKup legge tutti gli eventi futuri dal tuo Google Calendar e ti mostra quelli non ancora presenti come schede.

Seleziona con le checkbox gli eventi che vuoi importare e premi Importa selezionati — vengono creati come schede con titolo, data e ora già compilati.

Nota sui calendari: weKup accede a Google Calendar tramite il tuo account Google. Se usi Apple Calendar con il tuo account Google collegato (impostazioni → Account → Google), tutti gli eventi che crei su Apple Calendar vengono sincronizzati automaticamente con Google Calendar e weKup li vedrà. Se invece usi solo iCloud o altri account (Microsoft, Exchange), weKup non può accedervi direttamente.

⚠️ Schede eliminate da Google Calendar

All'apertura dell'app, weKup verifica se gli eventi associati alle tue schede esistono ancora su Google Calendar. Se un evento è stato eliminato direttamente da Calendar, la scheda viene marcata con il badge ⚠️ rimossa da Calendar e un bordo dorato.

Puoi decidere se eliminarla anche da weKup o tenerla come promemoria.

🔵 Schede da eventi condivisi

Quando importi eventi da Google Calendar, quelli condivisi con te da un altro account vengono marcati con un bordo blu e il badge ↗ condivisa.

Su questi eventi:

• Modifica — le modifiche vengono salvate solo su weKup, non su Google Calendar (non hai i permessi per modificare eventi altrui)
• Elimina — la scheda viene rimossa da weKup ma l'evento resta su Google Calendar (un avviso ti informa prima di procedere)

📤 Condivisione scadenze

Puoi condividere una o più scadenze con chiunque — anche chi non ha ancora weKup.

Come condividere:

• Apri una scheda e premi il pulsante 📤
• Su iPhone/Android si apre il menu di condivisione nativo — scegli WhatsApp, iMessage, email o qualsiasi altra app
• Su Mac il link viene copiato automaticamente negli appunti — incollalo dove vuoi

Chi riceve il link:

• Apre il link e vede un'anteprima delle scadenze condivise
• Preme "Aggiungi a weKup" per salvarle nel suo account
• Le scadenze vengono aggiunte immediatamente alla sua lista

Nessuna piattaforma esterna — i dati viaggiano direttamente nel link, senza passare per server di terzi.

📱 Installing weKup as an app

For the best experience, install weKup as an app on your device:

How to install:

• iPhone/iPad — Open Safari → tap Share icon (□↑) → scroll and tap "Add to Home Screen" → tap "Add"

⚠️ Firefox does not support app installation. All other major browsers work fine.

📋 What is weKup

weKup is your personal deadline tracker. Keep track of all your deadlines — insurance, documents, subscriptions, medical appointments — always synced across all your devices via Google Drive.

➕ Adding a deadline

Tap the + button at the bottom right. Fill in:

• Title — the name of the deadline (required)
• Expiry date — when it expires (required)
• Category — Car, Health, Home, etc.
• Priority — High, Medium, Low
• Notes — additional information

🔄 Renewal window

Enable this option if the deadline is renewable. You can set:

• Days before — how many days before you can renew
• Whole month — you can renew throughout the expiry month
• Notice — how many days before to receive a reminder
• Instructions — where to go, documents needed

🔁 Recurrence

Enable the Recurrence toggle for deadlines that repeat over time. Choose from: weekly, monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, yearly, or a custom number of days. Dates are calculated intelligently, including leap years.

🎨 Colors and statuses

• ⚠️ Expired — already expired, need attention
• ⚪ Not Yet Expired — more than 30 days away
• 🔴 Expires Today — immediate attention needed
• 🟡 Expires Within 7 Days — expiring soon
• 🔵 Expires Within 30 Days — keep an eye on it
• 🟣 Renewable Now — renewal window is open
• 🔔 Renewal Imminent — renewal window opening soon
• ✅ Completed — handled

🟢🔴 Connection indicator

The small dot next to the date at the top shows your connection status:

• 🟢 Green — you're online, data syncs with Drive
• 🔴 Red — you're offline, you can still view and edit cards. Changes will sync when you're back online

🔍 Filters and search

Use the three buttons at the top to filter cards by Status, Category, or change the Order. The search bar finds cards anywhere in the title, notes or category.

☑️ Multiple selection

Tap the small checkbox at the top right of a card to select it. You can select multiple cards and use the buttons in the bottom bar to:

• 🗑️ Delete — delete all selected cards
• 📤 Forward — share the selected cards

📅 Calendar — card actions

Tap a card in the calendar to open the action menu. From there you can:

• ✏️ Edit — opens the card edit form
• ☑️ Select (multi) — enters selection mode to act on multiple cards at once
• 📤 Forward — share the card
• 🗑️ Delete — deletes the card (with confirmation)

In selection mode, tap other cards to add them to the selection. The top bar shows the count and Delete / Forward buttons.

↩ Undo

The ↩ button at the top undoes the last change. Supports up to 20 undo levels.

💾 Saving

Your data is automatically saved to Google Drive after every change. You can also use ⚙️ → 💾 to:

• 💾 Save to Drive — save backup to your Google Drive
• 💾 Download to device — download a JSON backup file
• 📂 Load from Drive — select a backup from Google Drive
• 📅 Import from Google Calendar — import future events directly from Google Calendar, choosing which ones to add as cards
• 📅 Import from Calendar (.ics) — import events from a .ics file exported from any calendar
• 🗄️↗ Share archive — share your entire archive via AirDrop, Mail, etc. Asks for confirmation before proceeding.
• 🧹 Clean Calendar — searches Google Calendar for all events created by weKup that no longer have a corresponding card and deletes them (useful if you deleted cards but the events remained orphaned on Calendar).

🔄 Synchronization

weKup syncs data with Google Drive automatically. Sync happens:

• When the app opens
• When the app returns to the foreground
• Before every change (+ New, ✏️ Edit, 🗑️ Delete)
• By pulling down the list (pull-to-refresh)
• After every save

We recommend also installing Google Calendar to receive deadline notifications even when the app is closed.

📅 Import from Google Calendar

Press ⚙️ → 📅 to open the import panel. weKup reads all your future Google Calendar events and shows you those not yet in weKup as cards.

Check the events you want to import and press Import selected — they are created as cards with title, date and time already filled in.

Note on calendars: weKup accesses Google Calendar through your Google account. If you use Apple Calendar with your Google account linked (Settings → Accounts → Google), all events you create in Apple Calendar are automatically synced to Google Calendar and weKup will see them. If you only use iCloud or other accounts (Microsoft, Exchange), weKup cannot access them directly.

⚠️ Cards deleted from Google Calendar

When the app opens, weKup checks whether the events linked to your cards still exist on Google Calendar. If an event was deleted directly from Calendar, the card is marked with the ⚠️ removed from Calendar badge and a golden border.

You can decide whether to delete it from weKup too or keep it as a reminder.

🔵 Cards from shared events

When you import events from Google Calendar, those shared with you from another account are marked with a blue border and the ↗ shared badge.

For these events:

• Edit — changes are saved only in weKup, not on Google Calendar (you don't have permission to modify other people's events)
• Delete — the card is removed from weKup but the event remains on Google Calendar (a warning informs you before proceeding)

📤 Sharing deadlines

You can share one or more deadlines with anyone — even people who don't have weKup yet.

How to share:

• Open a card and tap the 📤 button
• On iPhone/Android the native share menu opens — choose WhatsApp, iMessage, email or any other app
• On Mac the link is automatically copied to your clipboard — paste it anywhere

When someone receives the link:

• They open the link and see a preview of the shared deadlines
• They tap "Add to weKup" to save them to their account
• The deadlines are immediately added to their list

No external platforms — data travels directly in the link, without passing through third-party servers.
